Billing questions
What counts as a calculation?
Pressing “Calculate my meal” and getting a result. Typing, changing numbers and incomplete meals don't count.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Press “Manage billing” on Your Meals. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you're back on Free.
What happens to my meals if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 5 saved meals you can still open and view all of them, but you can't save new ones until you're under 5 or back on Pro.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from “Manage billing”. The change is handled by our payment provider, who works out any difference for you.
Who handles payment and receipts?
Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. They take the payment, add any sales tax for your country and email your receipt. We never see your card number.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free needs only an email address or a Google account.
