We store what's needed to run the calculator, keep your meals and bill Pro. Nothing more.
What we store
Your email address and sign-in details. The meals, ingredients, costs and prices you choose to save. Your plan (Free or Pro) and how many free calculations you've used. If you subscribe, your subscription status, renewal date and plan length.
What stays in your browser
If you use the calculator without an account, your meal and your free calculation count are kept in your browser only. We don't receive them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Why we store it
To show your saved meals back to you, to apply the Free plan limits, and to keep Pro active while you're subscribed. We don't use your meals or prices for anything else.
Who else processes it
Our hosting and database provider stores your account and meals. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller for Pro subscriptions. They collect your card details, billing address and tax information. We never see or store your full card number.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your meals or prices with anyone. Each account can only read its own meals.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember calculator settings such as your target margin. We don't use advertising cookies.
Deleting your data
Delete your account from the bottom of Your Meals. That cancels any active subscription and removes your profile and every saved meal straight away. Lemon Squeezy keeps its own payment records as the law requires. For anything else, see the Support page.
